Lodging Information - Rates & Terms

To make a reservation or to ask questions, please call the owner, Dave Sinkbeil, at 720-201-6611, 7 days a week, 24 hours/day.

PLEASE NOTE: our rates include the rental of the entire lodge, and are not calculated per person per night. You get the entire lodge when you reserve for the price stated!

Peak Summer Rates: (May 15th - August 31) Reservations will only be accepted for 6 nights minimum with check-in Saturday afternoon and checkout Saturday morning.

Summer Rates: (June 1st - September 15th) Due to the popularity of summers in Montana, reservations during this period will only be accepted in one-week increments.

Peak Winter Rates: (January 15th - February 28) Reservations will only be accepted for 6 nights minimum with check-in Saturday afternoon and checkout Saturday morning.

Fall and Winter Rates: Prices range from $300 to $500 per night depending on the season and length of stay and number of guests. A 7% accommodation tax will be added to all stays.

Holiday Rates: The week of Thanksgiving and the two weeks around Christmas and New Year's -  All rates are for a maximum of 15 people. Call for rates for groups over 15 people.

Payment: We accept VISA, MC, Money Orders, cash and personal checks.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside our Lodge.

Reservations: Make your reservations as early as possible! We start getting busy with summer reservations the previous fall. In order to be assured of your dates we suggest booking at least six months in advance.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property or inside our Lodge.

Deposit Schedule: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. The balance, including a 7% accommodations tax, will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. A $250 security deposit is due upon arrival. As long as the lodge is left in good condition, it will be returned in full within 7 days of departure.

Cancellation policy: If a reservation is cancelled, refunds will be given only if we can rebook the same week for the same rate. If we rebook at a discounted rate your refund will be prorated accordingly.

Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance is highly recommended in case of an emergency, travel complication or cancellation. We recommend Travelers Insurance Company.

Short and long stays: Stays longer than one week can often be arranged. Call for rates and availability. For stays of two or more weeks, we are happy to offer a discount from our standard prices.

Check-in and checkout times: Check-in is at 5 p.m.; checkout is by 10 a.m. Please let us know if this conflicts with your travel plans. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
